What am i going to do near my birds?

i have 2 cockateils (birds) but they won't stop having sex with eachother and it wouldn't generally mind but they are so loud and i can't seperate them because they will starve themselves so tell me what can i do?
they wont starve themselves you can separate them as to why they continue to breed i don't have a ansure jump to the birdchannel.com they might be able to help better than us
THEY WILL STARVE THEMSELVES whether they've been bonded for a while. I saw it with my own. If you don't have a nest box they shouldn't be doing this. And whether the hen is having eggs, clutch after clutch this could kill her. And yes, they can be VERY loud. I have 5 within my apartment (along with a variety of other birds) and you can hear them outside two doors down beside the windows closed at times. But if a pair have bonded well, they will stop eating.I've had this begin after waiting 4 days and had to put them back together.
Answers:    If they are separated, the birds may not eat as much for for a time while, this can be common in some birds, but they will not starve themselves. Just keep them surrounded by separate cages, but keep the cages close together. They will adjust, but it may not cause them any quieter. They will most likely still make lots of noise communicating hindmost and forth...this is natural and should not be stopped. It would be like taking your phone away so you could not communicate near others, or taping your mouth closed. Birds can be noisy, but unless they are constantly screaming, it is just something you should expect when you own birds. Please read my profile
I would separate them but leave them side by side in cage so they can still see and hear each other. Or put them in another room where jingle does not matter as much.
Separate them. You should get a latest cage and put food and water in it. Just separate them for a few days BUT put the cage next to each other. See what happens. But, whether they really need each other then I don`t know you should put them in the same cage. You can train them to stop screaming. And also, what masculinity are they? If they are a male AND female then perhaps they will lay eggs, but if u don't want them to, them here's one word.

SEPARATE.
