5 month antediluvian Siberian husky next to floppy ears?
My female Siberian husky still has floppy ears! The older she get the more convinced I am that shes not purebred. I cannot understand why she still has floopy ears at 5 months its very irregular. People at my obedience class asked me what shes mixed with, and I said she is purebred. She looks resembling a husky, blue eyes, black and white, and same tail. But her ears aren't up and they seem bigger than a normal huskies ears. I will love her no matter what, she is a gorgeous puppy and I don't thought if shes pure. I will show some pictures please tell me what you think. These are elder when she was about 3 months.

Hi Merissa. Firstly, Sorry to hear you're having to question the validity of the nouns and purebredness of your Siberian Husky pup. She really is gorgeous, but to get the answers you deserve, maybe you should redirect your sound out to the Yahoo Answers Dogs section, as you have posted your question contained by the Cats section and you may not get the answers you need and deserve to comfort you.
I adore the Siberian Husky & Japanese Akita and would have one in a flash if I wasn't so engaged with a house of Maine Coons. I think, in breed lingo, Huskies are the equivalent in dog to Maine Coons, Norwegian Forest Cats and Siberian Forest Cats, for their natural and rugged looks, demeanour and capabilities of thriving surrounded by the cold wilderness.
Sometimes, as a cat breeder, I have seen some purebred Maine Coons own slightly curled ears at the tips until they are around 4-6 months old. It's not known why this occurs, but the purity of lines are other 100% and sometimes anomalies can happen, but mostly, they are short term and the kittens end up human being normal, beautiful, majestic young adults.

All the best to you and your very beauiful Sib Husky puppy.
You should wait until she's going on for 7-9 months. Was she a runt of the litter? Maybe thats why she has such big ears. Who knows, you'll just hold to wait until she gets a bit older. You can solely tell if she's purebred with papers that articulate that she is.
Answers: They only means of access to know for certain is if you were given authentic pure bred papers.
Here are some pictures of 4 month feeble Sib. H's.
