Do I enjoy to procure my kitten neuter immediately?
My kitten is 6 months old and he's very beautiful. I'd resembling to wait to get him neutered till he get older so he'll grow a big, tomcat head and body. He's very powerfully behaved and I have 2 other male cats who don't spray. Will he be ok for another few months whether I don't neuter him? He's inside only.
the vet told me the younger u get your kitten fixed the better change of him NOT sprain !
It's best whether you neuter him now, before he reach teenagerhood and starts spraying.
Your cat will still grow into a beautiful cat. Actually, research suggests that neutering him before he reach adulthood will actually cause him to grow a touch bigger than whether he were to be left intact. Vets have found that neuter causes the growth plates to remain open a little longer. He won't develop jowl the way an intact tom would, however.
I didn't get my first masculine cat spayed in till he first sprayed inside the house.
I got my other male cat spayed at 8 or 9 months, and he's alright
Get him neutered as soon as you can. All cats are different so you can't base your judgement on the other 2 cats. It is better for mannish cats to get it done at 6-8months. Also it costs quite a bit to remove cat spray from furniture and carpeting.
If he is indoors only a couple months either course isn't going to make a difference...
Yes since he is not a feminine and will not have kittens.
Answers: To be safe, enjoy him neutered. How big he grows is dependent on his genes. My kitten is near 6 months and I'm scared he'll start spraying. The vet won't do him till he's 6 months.
don't neuter that's cruel. how would you like it whether you awoke and your testicles were gone. forever.
No - he can develop aggresive tom cat behavior to the other cats and also will start spraying in the house. Tom cat urine is almost impossible to grasp out.
Get him neutered - forget about the body/head. Some neutered males will develop that besides depending on their backgrounds. Why take the chance of him spraying or war with your other cats?
