Lucy(my cat) is behave grotesque! she's approaching sniffing the floor, later rolling around and is person moderately?
aggressive if I try to comfort her, deffo not fleas!
I'm only going by my own experience P but Daisy goes like that when that mangy bloody tom from up the road sneaks contained by my cat flaps and leaves his 'Calling Card' !
It is very unlikely that the surgery hasn't worked, but it is possible.
More predictable though is that there's a patch of smell she likes there. There's a patch of carpet which adjectives of my cats have loved (and do fostering, so have had frequent!). They will stand by it, then appear to drop on one front leg and roll their shoulder on it whilst purring and going nuts.
If that's what it sounds like, I wouldn't worry. With mine, (since preceding owner of house had cats) either catnip or urine is on that spot.
If it's worrying you though, I'd always call on a good vet.
Answers: If she's been spayed afterwards she's not in heat!
Have you spilt something there? Carling probably? lol
Or it could be she's in pain somewhere?
EDIT: If the surgery was perform by somone less than competent then it is possible they left portion of an ovary behind, we've seen that a couple of times at work, but I doubt it.
There is nothing wrong near your cat. Trying to 'comfort' a cat when it is just enjoying a moment is annoying to them. How would you like it whether you were having a nice time in the sun for example and someone kept rolling you surrounded by a blanket?
she's horny in season! yeah they still do it even after the op!
She may be in HEAT... TAKE HER RIGHT AWAY AND HAVE HER SPAYED! next will be yowling!
She's about to have a 'phantom' pregnancy. She'll be hiding, and making a 'nest' inside the next couple of weeks.
Just let her go beside her hormones. When she does imerge from her 'nest', she might be little cranky for a few weeks. But she'll soon settle back to her old self.
