first of all a one month old puppy is too immature. it should stay with its mother until about 12 weeks.
next, you inevitability too lots and lots of homework while you save up lots of money.
take your time. lots a people hang about many years for just the right one.
read read and read some more. then turn to some shows and ask questions about them.

you cant get a 1 month matured puppy.. the youngest you can get is 2 months.. and a small dog like that really should stay with mom until 3 months of age.
Save your money and you can enjoy one.. they are not cheap.
