Dog teeth?! recipe for teeth cleaning homemade?

Hello,
Im tryin to find some kind of teeth cleaning solution recipe homemade.
I have a Jack Russell and her breath is just... Wow its doomed to failure smelling.
If you have a recipe that I can use for my dog please share it with me.
Im trying to find a recipe that can kill microbes in her mouth. Why I want that because she always hunts and kills things similar to rats so a solution that kills bacteria in her mouth would be absolutly great.

At this point you need to have them professionally cleaned.
Dogs, just close to humans, get gingivitis. Brushing alone wont get rid of it. This has gotten down between the teeth and gums and chew bones and brushing wont manage it. Go to the vet and afterwords keep the clean with chewing.

I get a paste out of a boullion cube in more or less 1/8th C water mixed with baking soda. It won't kill the germs but will help alot with the smell and it won't hurt the dog to swallow it.

It might be better whether you buy an actual doggy toothpaste from the vet because that way you can be sure that your not giving anything toxic to your dog (also since she hunts rats a lot your vet may be capable of reccomend extra worm treatment so that your dog doesn't catch anything nasty from the animals she hunts).
