i stipulation a devout baptize for a dog...?

its a puppy. it is a yellow lab and is very small and has comparatively a lot of energy we are looking for a unique designation like an indian word that sticks out and fits perfectly. i don't want names resembling cupcake and sparkle, those are just plain stupid.
Here's a link they have plenty

My neighbors have a couple of dogs and they adjectives have Indian (Native American, I dont know if that's what you meant) names. One is name Chinook (I have NO IDEA if that is really how it's spelled) and the other is Tyoa (again, not certain if that's really how it's spelled).
You could also name him Apache or Aztec.
I also googled "Native American word for yellow" and in Blackfoot it is Otahko and contained by another Indian language it is Ozàwà.

Good Luck!

But I personally approaching the name Dakota. It's Native American for Friend. =]
A dogs name should only own two syllables. The reason I say this is you get a different responses from the dog by the agency you stress the syllable. For example, if you would say MAY---seeee! you would get a different response than whether you said may--SEEE!!
Now don't laugh cause this really works: you should go external some night and YELL the name you choose for the dog at the top of your lungs and see how it sounds. If she ever gets loose you may particularly well have to do this. If you feel comfortable next to it then there's your name.( btw what do you think of "Macy" ?)
Speed, Bullet, Thunder, Light (like the speed of light), Prozac :D, Banana (it's funny!), Peter (dunno why that of late came up), Met, Shift, Buzz
You have need of to tell us if it is a boy or girl. I suggest googling "kid names" there are a ton of websites to help you name a infant. You can search by letters, gender, cradle, meaning.
