What cause cloudy dampen surrounded by fish cistern as wet seem to be verbs /what do I stipulation to clear?
55 gal tank..beautiful/filters are clean. air bubbles are adjectives over ..good for fish but not for viewing.what can I do to help clear the water ..it may or perchance not the bubbles
it could be the food that you are feeding to your fish. my tank be also very murky but then i switched to a food that said it prevents murky water and the wet has stayed clear ever since.
How long has the cistern been set up?If it is a new tank it is probably a microbes bloom.If is not a new set up,have you recently changed filter?This can also cause a bacteria bloom.If you have done neither of these,you may be overfeeding.What are your ammonia level.If that is not the problem,does the tank have any direct sunlight getting surrounded by it?How long do you keep you lights on?If it is a 55g,how many and what kind of fish are within it.Do you have real or fake plants?If you could answer these question,you can probably pin point what is causing the cloudiness.
Answers: has your tank been close to that before or the tank became cloudy adjectives of the sudden(overnight).there are several factors that can cause this,1 is that a sudden cloudiness mechanism your tank suddenly became unbalanced or unstable(beneficial germs died),menaing bad bacteria have bloomed rationale of no beneficial bacteria eats them.
unstable reservoir may be because of a fish that had died and was not taken out immidiately or overfeeding(decomposing uneaten foods).
you said that air bubbles are adjectives over,this can also be the cause,water movements or disturbance caused by the bubbles may enjoy been causing the dirts to scatter or flow or drifted.
partial dampen change can clear your tank and try to turn off the upper air bubbles fo several days or weeks to see if this is the cause.
What color is the cloudiness? I had a tank that be getting a lot of sunlight, the light produced green algae, algae made the tank funky... see where on earth I'm headed here?
