Will these fish work out contained by a 30 gallon aquarium?
1 peacock eel
5 hatchet fish
1 gold gourami
7 neon tetras
1 clown loach
Yes
The clown loaches get to about a foot long and call for to be kept in at least a 55 gallon tank, and it's best to maintain them in groups of 5 or 6.
The gouramis may get aggressive and will probably eat those neon tetras... they also similar to to be kept in pairs or groups of 3.
Answers: No, you might want to drop the Clown Loach and the Gold Gourami. The Clown Loach grow over a foot long and your 30 gallon tank is no honourable place for an over sized fish. They also prefer to be in groups. Also, the gold Gourami grows about 6+ inches so its going to be a bit to big for that cistern. It also does not like to be alone and it prefers to be in pairs. If you want a Gourami, you can buy a Dwarf Gourami which only grows to roughly speaking 3 inches max. Always study fish before buying it so you won' have a fish thats to big, or a fish that's a bully and kills other fish. Also, another concern is the eel. It can consider your tetras or even chopper fish as meals.
the gouramis like to be kept in pairs and the clown loach should be kept within groups.
they are very social fish clown loach,
your tank would be to small for clown loach

gouramis are assholes.
just to tolerate you know. I had some and they ate the fins off my other fish so I flushed them down the toilet. bastards.
The Peacock Eel will definitely consider Neon Tetra to be food and quite possibly the Hatchet Fish. Clown Loaches don't concluding long on their own and eventually you would need 40 UK gallon.
Agree Gourami do best in pairs, one might well become aggressive next to no natural stimulation.
yes that would be a good combination, but i wouldn't put anything else in next to them.
Yes that's enough, don't go and get anymore.
read about this here. good luck
