Adrenaline rush...? ?

So, I'm just curious about what kinds of things you/your horse enjoy done while riding that gave you a heart-stopping adrenaline rush going?

Here's one of mine: I broke a 4yr old Nokota mustang one time and after about 30 days on him go for a trail ride in a national grasslands area with several other 'green' horses. It be part of a fun test to see how well respectively of us had trained our horses. We came upon this one hill that angled steeply down consequently right back up in a ''V'' shape. The instructor that came near started his horse down the hill. His horse broke into a run and as it started on the upside it bucked and threw him off, then turned and head back towards the rest of us. Well, I had been mesmerized watching the instructor on his horse, wasn't paying satisfactory attention to mine, had a loose rein, and my horse decided he wanted to turn. So we galloped down the hill. It was so steep that I have to lean backwards to help balance and I was necessarily standing almost vertical even though my feet were up by the horse's shoulder. There be nothing to do (if I had tried to pull him up, next to the momentum and the sharp angle, we would have tumbled/rolled to the bottom) so I gave him his head, put both reins contained by one hand, held the back of the saddle with the other paw, and let him go. We made it down and then hindmost up the other side where we pulled to neat little stop. Only then did I realize I have been holding my breath for some of the ride. No one else followed, and we ended up circling around to meet put money on up with the group. Gotta say, it was a impressively exhilarating feeling that I wouldn't mind doing again...maybe. At the time, though, it have scared the cr*p out of me! I felt kind of resembling the guy from "Snowy River." lol.

So, what are some of your stories to get the adrenaline pumping?
um usually its when I fall sour.
The best adrenaline rush I've had be going for a gallop on the beach for the first time ever!
i ride english
so jumping give me an adrenaline rush
but i have two jumping times that stand out:

1. i was probably almost 9 and i was on a schooling pony. i was doing really well within my lesson and i had been doing no stirrup work. we had a gymnastic set up, in attendance were four jumps and each be a stride away from each other. i turned the corner and my trainer told me to drop my reins (they were short besides so she wouldnt step on them) i listened and i dropped them, remember i was 9. i jumped the total thing fine but it was so scary but afterwards i looked-for to do it again..

2. i had just started leasing my horse matt. i ride at a really good barn and i be in a lesson with a lot of citizens who were better than me. we were doing a 3'3" course and it was the first time i have done a full course that high. the last jump be a double wide oxer that was 3'3. i was so afraid i would mess up the strides and embarass myself contained by all the people in my lesson. i get perfect striding though and we flew over the jump, it felt close to flying!!
Anytime galloping. And when especially if I don't ride my horse for a while she bucks and kick in the first real canter/gallop. So it is fun when she goes crazy while going nifty. Haven't fallen off yet, but near is still time. HAHA!

And something that wasn't adrenaline but might be the happiest time of my life. My friends and I were in bikinis and be riding bareback. We went down to the ocean and went surrounded by the water. Then we got so deep we be swimming. It was amazing. I think everyone should try it.
Answers:    Racing used to be mine. Years ago we had many unfold fields and wooded lands around (developed now, for the most part). Just spur of the moment "wanna race?" and taking sour across a huge field, especially if nearby were wooded areas or creeks involved, was always for a while scary, since you didn't know what you might encounter, , but it was incredibly exhilarating. It was not at adjectives safe, and I look back and think how crazy it be, but it was wonderful!! It's been many years since the days when I did such careless things, but the memories are vivid and precious. I remember some of those cliff angle hills too.I laughed as I read your description! Feet in the stirrups standing vertical as the horse gallop down a cliff..brought back some wild memories.
hahaha sounds like fun! I kinda had the same situation... however I didn't obtain such a happy ending. I was riding my friend's 16hh quarter horse gelding, when he approved that it would be funny to take off at a choppy canter while I was have a casual conversation with the other rider. And, just by pure prospect, I had taken my feet out of the stirrups to give them a rest. That must hold been the STUPIDEST thing I have EVER done while on horseback. I wasn't thinking at adjectives. Anyways, he took off and took the bit with him, so I lost all the control that I have before. Next thing I know, I'm on a 1200+ lbs, galloping, runaway horse next to no stirrups. and I barely had any rein, either. Well he be heading straight towards the fence when he did one of those famous "quarter horse turns" as I call em, and i toppled into the metal barrier next to us. It didn't help that I was riding English, any. I broke my arm, had a pretty bad abrasion on my chin, and I wavered in and out of conciousness for just about 30 minutes after that. The helmet that I was wearing had a dent in it... wow.
