Rabbit Help?

How do u tell if a rabbit is lonely? I have a dwarf and be thinking about getting another from a shelter. Can to neutered male rabbits live together? How can I introduce them?
I definately wouldnt get a manly rabbit for ur rabbits partner. My two male rabbits fought before and its not pretty.

If you cant find a spayed female, introduce ur rabbits slowly over 2 weeks...first letting one be on the external of the cage and one on the inside..
next day holding one contained by one hand and one in the other...and letting them smell each other,
Its a slow process...

Just play next to ur rabbit more, and give it toys to keep it occupied, it wont be lonely whether it it has the right things in its cage.Throw a toilet dissertation roll in his cage and watch him play next to it and throw it around:)

Only put it in his cage, when there is no more toilet dissertation on the roll..just throw in the brown used part:)

well brought-up luck
Hi there,

Unlike guinea pigs, rabbits will do fine on their own. 2 neutered buns may do alright together, but it depends. A spayed feminine and neutered male pair would do better.
Well, conspicuously introduce them slowly. Put them in separate cages and let one bun out to sniff the others pen at a time. Do this for several days/weeks, depending on their reaction to each other. Then, you could take both out and hold them hot one while the other one sniffs him. Praise your bunny and give him treats and petting. Never scold or hit if they don't seize along. It takes time.

Feel free to join my Y! group for bunnies if you hold any questions.

Good luck, hope this helps.

Answers:    If you don't spend deeply of time with your rabbit, he probably is lonely. Neutered males and unentered males can live together. I have had so plentiful males live together!! You most likely won't have to put their cages together for a few weeks, it's much easier consequently that. As soon as you get your new bunny, take him to your other bunny's pen and put him in. Then sit and watch them for a while. (Maby 10 min.) If they sniff each other next ignore each other, they will be fine and you can leave them together. If they start to commotion, then pull them apart and try again. If it doesn't work, put them both in a tub or confined space they can meet outside of their cage. Make certain they sniff each other and leave them there and keep under surveillance them for about ten minuets. After that put them both back in the coop. If they still fight, you may want to consider putting two cages next to respectively other with one rabbit in each till they attain used to each other and living together. All my males have lived with respectively other and they love it! I don't think they would know what to do without their friend. I hope it all works out capably with you!
How do your pets act in response when you fart?   What more or less chinchillas?   What do u ponder around hunting?   My rabbit have runny eyes?
