I have a pied a mojove and a super pastel,... all males to breed to my normal BPs. but two of my males are not big satisfactory this season and we need to invest in another male. he will be breeding to ordinary ball pythons and we would like to get morphs out of it this summer. any suggestions?
Pastel, Spider, Het Albino, Pinstripe, Albino, or Killer Bee.
If you're breeding to a normal you'd want to bring a male that is one of the dominant or co-dominant morphs probably. If you check the NERD website they have pictures of the different morphs and the inheritance (recessive, co-dom etc). The albinos are recessive and NERD says their line of piebald is recessive too but there might be another flash where it's dominant. The granites, pinstripe and the cinnamon morphs are some neat ones that are supposed to be dominant or co-dom. And if you breed the cinnamon or your super pastel next to the female, then breed one of the morph female spawn with whichever male you didn't breed with the productive female, maybe you'll get a pewter pastel. They are cool looking.
Check out the site. They've get some beautiful morphs.
Answers: receive another mojove or a lesser platty. breed them to your mojove and get a blue eyed leucystic (spelling). They go for around 1500+ you can achieve a female mojove for like 300 on kingsnake.com
